- To provide to your coach so that they may design a training programme for your needs
How to request deletion of your information
You can request deletion of your account and the information we hold about you via Edit account details > delete account. Alternatively can email us at info@riderhq.com and initiate the process from there.
Deleting your account will remove all data relating to your account.
If there are current or future events on your account, or existing memberships we will need to refer your deletion request to the relevant organiser(s) as they may need the data in order to fulfill their contract with you.
Security and safeguarding
We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.
